Typically big business or organisations already have an existing Enterprise Archiecture with strategy, service level agreements, IT Departments, Advertising Agencies and Marketing Departments and so on, so we rarely deliver or manage projects. Mostly our work here falls into three types:

1. Blue Sky workshops - training, showcasing or “health” checks.

2. Guerrilla type micro-sites and ultra-fast skunk work projects or

3. Architectural design and prototyping

Often we are just called in for a very confidential chat with the marketing team or the boss who use us a sounding board.
